0:07	Hi, I'm Anne, and I speak American English.
0:12	I'm a student, and I like to read and learn about languages.
0:18	Today, we will learn about the difference between the verbs see, look, and watch.
0:26	We use the verb "see" when we become aware of something
0:30	with our eyes without planning it.
0:35	For example, I see a bird in the tree.
0:40	We use the verb "look" when we see something and it is planned.
0:46	Look is often used with the preposition "at".
0:42	One reason is to say facts.
0:46	And how do you use the present simple?
0:51	For example, I am looking at a painting.
0:58	We use the word "watch" when we see something and it's planned.
1:04	Usually, this is something that moves.
1:07	And it can be something alive,
1:10	or something that is not alive like images on a television.
1:16	For example, I'm watching TV.
1:21	One day last summer, I went to two museums with a friend.
1:30	When we arrived at the art museum, we saw many other people.
1:37	We also saw birds on the steps.
1:45	Once inside, we didn't know where to go first.
1:50	So we looked at the museum map.
1:55	Then, we looked at beautiful paintings.
2:02	At the science museum, we watched a movie about space.
2:10	We watched the planets move.
2:16	It was a great day!
